Introduction

In the introductory interview we will give you all the information you need, discuss your wishes and collect all necessary data to make an immediate start.

Offer

We get to work for you! We will start searching for the perfect rental home both within and outside our network. If we find accommodation matching your wishes, we will take immediate action.

Viewings

If you are interested in a house, we will set a date for the viewing and assist you during this viewing.

Documentation

To be one step ahead of the others, we help you with a quick delivery of the right documents. For instance employer’s statements, payslips, matching proof of salary deposit transactions and identity card.

Rental agreement

Checking and possibly supplementing the rental agreement with the lessor. Because of our wide experience we know how to best represent the renter’s interests.

Inspection report

After you have signed the rental agreement we help you with going over and completing the inspection report which shows the current condition of the house.

Renting Costs

One month rent with a minimum of €1250,- including start-up costs €250,-
