H.C.A focusses on high quality. Some of our guests book directly, but most of our clients are companies and relocators finding temporary housing for expats. All of our apartments are located in the city centre of Utrecht. They are tastefully decorated, fully furnished and offer the best services. We want our guests to feel at home!

Stay & Prices

You can stay in our serviced apartments from 14 nights and longer. The minimum price per night start at €89 for a studio (excl. VAT, City Tax and final cleaning). Depending on the length of your stay, the location, the size of the apartment (studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment) and additional services, rates may vary.

VAT & City Tax

H.C.A prices are excluding 9% VAT and 7% City Tax. City Tax has to be paid when you are not registered at the municipality of Utrecht.

Deposit

A deposit has to be paid on arrival. The amount of the deposit depends on the length of stay, more about this can be found in the Terms & Conditions. After the departure we will check the apartment for damages and we will refund the deposit.

Weekly cleaning

As a service H.C.A provides a weekly cleaning of your apartment. During the weekly cleaning bed linen and towels will be changed.

Check-in

Our check-in times are between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Are your arriving earlier or later? We are more than happy to check if an early/late check-in is possible, but please be informed that we can’t guarantee this in advance.

We kindly ask our guests to inform us their expected time of arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

Check-out

You are required to check out by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Do you prefer a late check-out? We are more than happy to check if it’s possible, but please be informed that we can’t guarantee this in advance.

With the departure we ask the guests to leave the apartment in a good condition. Final cleaning will be done by our cleaning team. Surcharge for final cleaning will be charged to the guest. The amount depends on the size of the apartment and will be informed with your booking confirmation.
